We would say neither. Automatic car wash machines can be harsh and use harsh brushes that slap your paint clean. This is almost gauneteed to cause scratching of your cars paint. Hand washing on the other hand is great but taking your car to a hand wash business in your neighbor hood can be a hit or miss. A lot of those services use cheap products and cheap labor not trained in scratch reduction but trained to push as many car through the line as possible. That same wash bucket they used on you car was the same bucket they used on the first 25 for the day. Just keep that in mind.
Taking your car to have it cleaned is easy and convenient. With that doing it yourself can save you money in the long run. You can better take care for your cars paint that the sweatshop for cars down the street.
Buying from someone who was approved by the manufacture provides you with someone who knows the product, sells you a genuine, new product. Buying from unauthorized sellers may bring you used or altered product unlike the product the manufacture actually sells.
This is a washing method where you use two buckets, one for rinse water, and the other for your clean, soapy water. The benefit is you keep grit rinsed from your wash mit in a separate bucket from the one you reload your wash mitt with so that you’re not re-introducing abrasive dirt to your paintwork. I recommend using grit guards to the bottom of each bucket to add extra protection in keeping dirt off your wash mitt once it’s rinsed off.
Is the removal of tiny or microscopic dirt and particles from your paint that have become embedded in your paint from road and air debris. Usually a chemical like an Iron Remover, Snow Foam or an abrasive product like a clay bar are use to remove those particles before you contact wash your paint.

All orders processed over $99 qualify for FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING. All FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground depending on lowest ship value. This means if UPS Ground: $14.75 and USPS: $14.80, the carrier will be UPS. You will still have the ability to choose other shipping options at your discretion based on their current value set by the carrier.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Werke Ltd. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Werke Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Werke Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
